Windows 10: My boss sent me a link to a direct conversation via Zoho.

So I clicked the link to the chat and it asked permission to make changes to my computer. I selected not to do that. My manager then said that I had to accept all permissions in order to get into the conversation. Once I get into the conversation the thing froze the whole Zoho chat screen froze. I couldn't type into it to answer the questions, I could not minimize or maximize it and I could not exit out of it. I tried ctrl+Esc and all the other ways to force exit out of the chat. I could not even turn my laptop off. All I could do was get into my Taskbar to reset my laptop. It stopped at 68%.

I cannot get a direct conversation with Twitter


Hello, I wonder if you can help me as i have exhausted all measures.

I cannot get a direct conversation with Twitter since my account was compromised. Because the code to reset my password has been sent to my last email account which i cannot get access too., they wont help*cry Do you have direct contact with them or?

 

Emails in Zoho inbox cannot be displayed correctly

I am using Nokia Lumia 638 4G with Windows Phone 8.1. I have configured 2 email accounts in the email client: an Outlook account (live.cn) and a Zoho account (with my own domain name). The Outlook inbox works well, but the Zoho inbox cannot display email
correctly.

An example is as follows. A plain text email with 8 lines (4 text lines and 4 blank lines between them) are sent to these 2 accounts.

It looks well in the Outlook inbox:



But it looks bad in the Zoho inbox (the first line is missed, and some source code are shown):

Meanwhile, the Zoho account works well with Android's email client and Claws-mail in Windows/Linux. The emails can be displayed correctly in these clients.

So I think it may be a problem of Windows Phone's email client. Please help me to resolve this problem.
