Windows 10: My both keyboard and mouse is not working after windows 10 reset

Hi everyone

I have a problem , few days ago i have a problem called blue screen error stop code: inaccessible_boot_device and after some time it restarted and show me the screen automatic repair screen i choose advanced option and and troubleshoot and i gave reset my pc next it shows me 2 option to choose 1.Keep my files and 2.remove i choose first one after reset my keyboard and mouse not works in desktop screen after booting , but its working in welcoming screen i mean its also working in bios and boot menu , after finishing booting in my pc as soon as my keyboard and mouse both stops working pls i need a good one solution for me . thx

I have an old Dell Studio that is running windows 10 ---

Ir has Windows 10 and SSD installed - to me it does what it needs to do but this darn mouse and keyboard stuff stopping working with no rhyme or reason is making me very frustrated.

Keyboard and Mouse are wired - NOT WIRELESS

• I cannot easily unplug and plug in the mouse/keyboard to get it going again... they are still lit up but they are dead basically and I have to do a hard reset.
  
• USB selective suspend is disabled.
• I checked the drivers for the keyboard and mouse and they are updated.
• I checked to see if PC has KB4074588 and it does not.

I am not sure what else to do.... I can go days without the issue and then days where anytime I step away from the PC it stops working.

I can say when it is working it just does not just stop ... only when I walk away and the machine is idle or the screen is locked.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

 

Unresponsive Mouse and Keyboard in Windows 10

Windows 10 Reset: Mouse and keyboard not working

My keyboard and mouse stopped working yesterday in Windows 10 and I don't know how to reset. Device manager says keyboard working properly but mouse properties doesn't even have a mouse listed! I'm NOT a computer geek and it's driving me nuts. I'm using
tablet mode for now. How can I make the mouse show up and reset? Oh and ALL my lights are out on the main keyboard that let's me know it's plugged in, running and online too! It's like my main keyboard died. Is there a fix?
