Windows 10: My brightness wont stop changing itself automatically

I just bought this new Lenovo laptop and for some reason I've turned off the setting to adjust the brightness automatically, but for some reason it's still changing the brightness automatically, now this is confusing. the picture below shows I've turned the setting off, but it still does it anyway even after I restarted my pc, I need help.

Windows 10 has the ability to automatically adjust the screen brightness depending on the ambient light levels. This feature can be more annoying than helpful, either leaving your screen too dark or frequently
adjusting the brightness levels.

If you are using Lenovo YOGA 3 Pro-1370, I suggest you
Disable auto brightness feature
and check if it helps.

Hi,

Some computers can let Windows automatically adjust screen brightness based on the current lighting conditions.

To manually adjust the screen brightness, we suggest following these troubleshooting steps:

• Click Start, then select Settings.
• Choose System, then select Display.
• Under Brightness and color, move the Change brightness slider to adjust the brightness.

Brightness changing problem

Changing the screen brightness on your laptop can be adjusted by going to
System > Display where you can use the slider to adjust the brightness. If your PC supports, you may also let Windows to automatically adjust the screen brightness according to the current lighting condition by enabling
Change brightness automatically when lighting changes.

If you've already the tried the suggestions above but the screen brightness still doesn't change, then we suggest updating the display drivers. Please see
