Windows 10: My brothers laptop cannot update

Hello, my brother has a refurbished hp stream 14, people say it can play mc bedrock and, it says it is not supported on the microsoft store, I though maybe it need a update, but no, it says it had a problem updating while checking for updates.

Will a external hard drive fix the issue?

I know it only has 32gb emmc storage, and 2 gb ram.

and a intel celeron processor, but that should't really matter cause my laptop is a little older and it plays mc bedrock, it crashes but it still plays.

Will an external hard drive storage help in any way?

if not, then We need a really cheap laptop that plays games well, and has lots of storage.

Please, help.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Can't Access networked Brother Laser printer- To print or use Web I/f

Not all Printer drivers are included in the installation media. Even mine (Brother HL-4040CN), you would need to manually add it to the list:

1. Control Panel->Devices and Printers->Add a Printer
2. Follow the steps to set up a network printer. At one point, Windows will search for available printer, click on "The printer that I want isn't listed"
3. Click on "Windows Updates". Windows will start downloading a complete list of Printers.
4. Select your printer name & model then install.

EDIT: Just tried to install as a USB printer for MFC-7820N since I don't have this printer to set up as a network printer. The result as shown in the list after clicking on "Windows Update":
