    my browser keeps scrolling down, HELP


    Hi, when i scroll my mouse over anything the screen or display keeps moving down. cant control the damn thing. ive gone into settings and unclicked the function for the mouse not to scroll.

    i think its a update issue. but problem is this has been going on for some time 3/4 months. as i then bought another mouse as i thought this is the problem. but clearly not.

    I understand your concern regarding the issue that you are facing.

    I would suggest you to try these steps to see if it resolves the issue.

    • Go to Start > Settings > System.
    • Choose Default apps, then scroll down to
      Web browser.
    • Tap or click the browser that’s currently listed as your default, then choose Chrome from the list of apps

    Windows 10 keeps changing default browser to Explorer at reboot

    Follow these steps to change a default browser back to Firefox or Chrome

    • Click the menu button and choose Options.
    • In the General panel, click Make Default….
    • The Windows Settings app will open with the Choose default apps screen.
    • Scroll down and click the entry under Web browser. In this case, the icon will say either Microsoft Edge or Choose your default browser.
    • In the Choose an app screen, click chrome or Firefox to set it as the default browser.
    • Firefox or Chrome is now listed as your default browser. Close the window to save your changes.

    Please Help, While on the browser my screen will keep scrolling to the top of the page after just a few moments after scrolling down.
