Windows 10: my built-in camera in not working - totally black

I can not get my camera to work - every app says its working.

the built in camera on my ASUS /zen/book 13 doesn't work

thank you for the quick reply. I already did the steps suggested by you. It did’t worked.

when I open the camera application , no error message, bit I see on a black screen a camera crossed by an oblique line.

 

Front built in camera doesn't work on streaming programs and appears black when opening camera app

The last couple of weeks it kept freezing on me online but it worked offline. Then today, it's not working anymore.

I tried the regedit process

I also tried installing and unistalling

Another thing, it's not on the list of devices under Imaging devices in Device manager.

Also, I tried rolling back and the driver is supposed to be correct and updated.

I don't understand.
