Windows 10: My built-in camera is not detected in Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 even though it is installed

I tried to reinstall drivers and do some troubleshooting but to no availI checked my device manager and there was no integrated camera detected

Hello and welcome ksuthayya have had a look for a driver for your machine but there are only drivers listed up to 8.1 not 10.

Having said that my old Toshiba was in the same position and yet when I installed 10 Windows updates found drivers for stuff not listed on the Toshiba site.

Now a suggestion would be to get a clip on camera and install it via USB or like wise because it would have it owns driver. If my memory serves me right they are not that expensive - but still annoying eh?.

I have a Lenovo ideapad gaming 3 with Samsung pm991 512 GB SSD drive and I use windows 11. But recently, my lenovo can't detect my samsung ssd again even i restart over and over again.

Lenovo Ideapad C340 camera app sound

Hi there, Looking for some suggestions. My Lenovo C340 Ideapad is playing music on Spotify, I am using the Camera app to record myself on video, when I speak on the video it records OK. But the sound of the music isn't heard on the playback. Why is this? Obviously the microphone is on as it hears me talking, the speaker is working as I can hear the music. Thanks for any help.
