Windows 10: My bullets are turning grey

Starting a few months ago, any time I create bullets they automatically turn grey, as well as any text I type after them. I can switch back to the correct color manually, but it's incredibly annoying. Does anyone know why this is, or how to fix it? I've been trying to find the answer online, but can't find anywhere.

Hi Patrick: My name is Ron. As the others have already pointed out, it certainly would help if you told us what the program is. In general, when this problem happens it is because of the end of line command used. Most applications show as a new line/paragraph
that appears visually identical to a simple . But for things like bullet lists, the application does not tread as a new paragraph. You have a couple of options. Go to the end of each line and put in a new , and delete the hidden character Or, if the application
supports it (like MS Word), select the whole list, CUT it, the use Paste Special as Text Only to put it back. This should use the desired end of line character. Then just reapply the bullet formatting to the list.

 

Sync is greyed out and turned off; how do I correct

I would suggest you to ty disabling Windows Firewall and check if you are able to turn the setting on by following the steps:

• Search Windows Firewall using Cortana.
• Under Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall click Turn Windows Firewall on or off.
