Windows 10: My business email keep going into spam. Even when I get an order it goes in to the junk folder.

After many times of trying to resolve this issue im at a complete loss. Ive created rule which work for a couple of week and then they go back into junk folder. These are order confirmations. I have customer queries and they always go into spam. Do I need to change to a different emailProvider? Any help would be appreciated.

I have that box checked and see Spam and Junk mail in all accounts using Outlook 2016.

Hi folks
for those using IMAP with Outlook you might be missing some emails - particularly as there's some sort of "duplicity" between SPAM and JUNK folders -- you might only see a SPAM folder when it should be JUNK or the other way around (depending on ISP)

To get access and see all the folders and emails in them just right mouse click against any folder in the account's mailbox list e.g say the inbox and then uncheck the box as shown.





Hey presto --your emails should appear.
