Windows 10: My C: drive ins't letting me have administrator privileges

    My C: drive ins't letting me have administrator privileges


    My C: drive has just locked me out of editing certain files such as my Program files, User, $SysReset. My antivirus has stopped working and keep saying its crashed and the solutions they offer cannot be done due to some of my apps that are installed on the C: drive just won't openDevice Manager, Command Prompt etc.I cannot update Windows like the Quality Update 2023-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5032190 unless its a Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus, otherwise i get this error : Download error - 0x80070005.I have
