Windows 10: My calendar shut off seconds after it is opened.

My Windows 11 calendar is shutting off almost the same moment it is opened.There is no error message. I have tried restarting my computer and that didn't work.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

Windows 10 calendar shuts itself down after about ten seconds . I do have it set to start automatically , but it does it even when I go into it manually . Any help or suggestions gratefully received .

Hi, I'm having the same issue, neither mail nor calendar open. I've uninstalled, ran the troubleshooter, done all the steps you suggested and still nothing! Any other suggestions?
