THE PROBLEM: I am trying to make a phone call using the app Phone Link. I can make my phone place the call, but the audio is on the phone. I am trying to hear it on my laptop. There is a "transfer to PC" button, but that is grayed out see photo. I have also tried to change the audio source from my phone so that it is to my laptop. It immediately snaps back to "speaker". WHAT I HAVE TRIED: I have rebooted both my phone and my laptop. I have removed and re-added the device from both the PC side and the phone side on BOTH Phone Links, AND through the Bluetooth interface. SPECS Phone: One

WIndows Mail Advanced options shows E-mail button Greyed out and won't turn on.

Thank you for your response. I had previously uninstalled the Mail & Calender app and that did not work. I tried the way you suggested and still the E-mail button is greyed out.

The Get Started button is usually greyed out when the Telemetry is not enabled. Telemetry or Diagnostic feature allows Microsoft to collect data from Windows, i.e., diagnostic data.

1.Enable Full Diagnostic Data

2.Enable Telemetry data via a registry

3.Use Group Policy to enable Telemetry

Windows users need to enable this feature in full to enable the Get started button.

There are options you can consider to troubleshoot this issue. When the
Print button on the File Explorer window is greyed out, we suggest that you check if the
Print Spooler service is running. To do this, simply follow the steps below:

• On the Cortana search box, type Services and click the
  Services app.
• Scroll down and check if the Print Spooler service is running.
• If not, right-click Print Spooler and click Properties.
• On the Properties window, click Start.

After following the steps, check if the Print button
is already available.
