Windows 10: my camera as been used by an app, how can i change that

Discus and support my camera as been used by an app, how can i change that in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I am trying to access my camara on my lab top window10 and I got an error message saying it has been used by another app....     Change the camera that the Windows 10 camera app uses.

    From How to use the Camera app - Microsoft Support:

    1. Open the Camera app.
    2. Swipe in from the bottom edge to see the app commands.
      (If you're using a mouse, right-click within the app.)
    3. Tap or click the Change camera button.

    download Windows camera app

    Success in resetting Store; that produced a download of the Windows camera, despite seeing error message again, download proceeded. Screen shows MS app for Windows camera and indicates downloaded. (Camera now listed in app list.) But when Launch was selected,
    no action after screen with camera icon. Eventually message appeared " something went wrong: here is message code if needed: 0x400F4271>MediaCaptureFailedEvent>0xC00D3704. We seem to be moving ahead a step at a time. Next suggestion?
