Windows 10: My camera doesnt work- I've taken all suggested steps

Hi! I recently had my laptop serviced to replace the screen at Best Buy and when the device returned my camera no longer worked. It briefly returned for a day, but it left and hasn't returned since then. I have gone through each troubleshooting measure recommended by my error code and the Microsoft help website that the app redirected me to. I also attached an image of the error code that pops up. I was wondering if there's anything else I could be missing to fix it. I'm trying to avoid bringing the laptop back to Best Buy because I did not have this issue before and my warranty expired duri

I was hoping someone could give me a list of step by step instructions you use as a guide to clean virus, malware...etc. so I can keep my PC clean if it gets infected.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
