    My camera for my hello windows won't turn on the camera itself is fine it's just a sign in...


    I tried everything I've tried updating the driver uninstalling and reinstalling it I tried clearing out any corrupt files I tried troubleshooting it and while I look into the settings for ways to sign in the facial recognition just isn't there or if it is every time I click on it the whole settings tab just freezes so I'm not allowed to click on anything else any help will be greatly appreciated thank you.

    Lumia 830 main camera won`t start

    After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist

    Windows Hello Can't Turn the Camera On

    This has started in the last couple of weeks. I can sign in with a password or a PIN but I now get an error message that "Windows Hello couldn't turn on the camera."

    • The camera is working for other purposes -- just not for Windows Hello.
    • I tried updating the drivers but all indications are I've got the right ones.
    • I tried re-setting up Windows Hello but it just won't access the camera.
    • I checked Windows Update -- I am up to date.

    What do I do next?
