Windows 10: My camera freezes on me always

when I do a skpe with my tutor I see that camera freezes so she does not see me. I have installed unstalled the program does not work what else can I do.

USB Camera Freezes

My parents computer is having trouble with a USB camera. The Windows Camera app will display a picture, then the app freezes while the computer works. About two months ago, it worked fine, but now it has these problems. I have plugged the camera into another USB 2.0 port as well as updated, and uninstalled the drivers, but the Camera still freezes. I also checked permissions, and access is enabled to the camera. I have also run sfc /scannow, which found and repaired errors, but the camera still freezes. A different USB camera was plugged in but with the same result. Any suggestions?
