    Camera Query

It's normal, the camera app is trying to be helpful. It draws a blue box around any faces it can recognise in the image. If you actually take a photo there will be no box included, it's just there as an 'aid' while composing the photo..

You can test that this is what's happening by holding your hand to your face to cover one eye. The facial recognition will fail and the box will disappear. Take your hand away and it will reappear.

I see no setting to turn it off, but if you switch the camera from 'Take photo' to 'Video' it will not use facial recognition.

    Camera is not opening

    Hi Hardik,

One of the possible reasons why the camera is not opening after the update is the antivirus software that's blocking it or it could be that the driver is outdated.

To resolve your concern, we suggest that you follow the troubleshooting steps listed on this
link. The link contains troubleshooting steps such as checking the antivirus and the outdated webcam driver.

Kindly update us with the result and let us know if you need further help.
