    Thanks for the suggestion, but the information is not applicable. My video camera is a network IP security video camera. I don't think you could use the Camera App for network IP video cameras prior to the v. 2004 Windows 10 Update. I have had no luck
    finding anything about the error code: 0xA00F4288<AllCamerasAreReserved>". It would be nice if the error told me what App it thinks is using the video camera.

    I updated my Windows 10 Pro to v. 2004. The Windows 10 Camera App now has the option to view network IP cameras. I have a Vivotek ip8332 network camera. In Windows 10 Settings: Devices, I added the camera with Bluetooth and other devices. Windows found
    the camera which is now listed in Other devices. When I open the Camera App, it shows the following error: "Close other apps. It looks like another app is using the camera already. If you need it, here's the error code: 0xA00F4288<AllCamerasAreReserved>".
    I ran the Camera App Trouble Shooter. The Trouble Shooter says It looks like there is an issue with your camera services. I looked in Services.msc, but I don't seen anything applicable. Task Manager is not listing anything running. I am not aware of any Windows
    10 application or software using this IP camera. I have searched this Community and the internet for the error message to no avail. I am out of ideas, and I would appreciate some direction on this matter. Thanks in advance My camera isn't working. 0xA00F4288<AllCamerasAreReserved> :).

    Hi, I tried all the fixes you mentioned but nothing works. I still have error code 0xa00f4288 and my camera is still not usable. Please advise further.
