    My Camera on my new Surface Laptop isn't working: 0xA00F4243


    The light is on but only the back camera is working. When I try to use the front camera, I get an error message in the camera app:

    0xA00F4243<CameraReservedByAnotherApp> 0xC00D3704.

    Error code 0xA00F4243 (0xC000D3704) Cannot use the camera for anything. Says another app is using camera. Any suggestions?

    Regarding Camera App - Error Code : 0xA00F4243

    When I open my camera app, it shows an error

    "It looks like another app is using the camera already".

    Error code is : 0xA00F4243<CameraReservedByAnotherApp> (0xC00D3704).

    Please help me.

    I searched the task manager for the process which is using it and disabled it. But still it is not working.
