Windows 10: my camera only shows a big blur, it will not show an image of me. What is wrong with my camera?

I have a Lenovo with Windows 11. My camera only shows a big blur, like it is zoomed in closely focused on my forehead

Camera app not showing image

The camera app on Windows 10 is not showing any image despite the camera is turned on (light next to the camera). Any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

Microsoft Camera is not showing in Applist.

Yeah I know not Microsoft Camera I want to specify it so I say so. Originally "Camera" App not showing in my App list & Here is the screenshot.

 

How can I change Camera setting to show web camera image?

Thanks to Martmcd for the suggestion. May be it works on other PCs, but when I clicked on this camera icon, then it only resulted in an errormessage: "some thing went wrong". And that message continue to pop up whatever I do. So I had to go to the Task Manager
to abort the camera program.

For your info: I made sure that the other cameras e.g. my web camera, is reconized by my PC and thus should be available. On my PC (Surface Pro 4) there is also a front camera that should have been a relevant alternativ under the proceedure above, but
that did not show up either.

I still would appreciate any suggestion to solve my problem:

I am video recording my teaching for the veterinary students by continously copying whatever is presented on my PC screen. To do this I use Camtasia Relay for recording. I want to be able to show a full size image of whatever motive I point my
webcamera towards. This would be solved if I just could make my camer app show the image from my web camera.
