    My canon TS9020 prints but not in color I have done the test page and the troubleshoot but still does not work. All the ink levels are fine just replaced all of them. Does anyone have any other ideas?

    test page using windows 10

    My text test page prints fine but I do not see any color graphics to tell me if the color is printing fine. I am have problems with the colors and would like to see a test page

    These instructions do help one if they are installing a printer for the first time. However, the Windows OS had a menu option allowing for this before; this option is no longer available when the printer has already been installed so that trouble shooting
    is more problematic. Of course, a Ctrl + P will use the DEFAULT printer rather than a accessory network or local printer.

    Could you tell me in which app you couldn't print in color?

    Also, you can try changing color settings following the steps below:

    > Type Printers & scanners on your Windows search bar and click on it

    > On the printers list, select your printer and then click on
    Manage

    > Click on Printing preferences

    > On the window that pops up, search for something related to color settings and then change the printing default color to colored.

    > Try printing again (you can also try to print a test page by clicking on the
    Print a test page on the same screen you clicked onPrinting preferences.
