Windows 10: My chat was ended. So how to contact microsoft technical help again regarding to...

I was getting Microsoft technical help regarding the case 1034451104 through the chat. I was told somebody will come on chat. I waited a long time without a reply. But somebody replied when I was not there and the chat was ended. How can I start the chat again for the above case?

Deleting contacts from Windows 10


When you say Windows Mail Live are you referring to Mail app or Windows Live Mail?

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Open Windows Live Mail.
• Press Ctrl + 3 using your keyboard. Right-click on the contact to delete it if it is a single contact.
• Highlight all contacts by pressing Ctrl + A.
• Click Delete located on the Ribbon bar.
• Click OK when you see the message These contacts will also be deleted from Hotmail, Messenger, and other Windows Live services.

After following the steps above, all your contacts that you have manually added to your account will be deleted however, contacts coming from third-party sites such as Facebook will not be deleted unless you remove Facebook from your account.

For Mail app:

Open People app then delete the contact.

I receive this error every time I attempt to log into the Payment options of my Microsoft account the full message is

Our system is temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact customer support.

Attempts to resolve this through the technical Chat Line have twice ended with the MS rep ending the chat session without even attempting to resolve it.

Does Microsoft really not want me to buy anything through their wonderful new App(le) store?
