Windows 10: My child as organizer

Hello,I see that in my son's Microsoft account under family safety, he is an administrator and member, with his name. Not sure how and I'm not sure what email he used as an organizer. How do I find out so I can remove him from that group and add him to mine as a family member?thanks,Jana

Child Account Get Greyed Out

Thanks for the suggestion, but I did the following instead.

I have another laptop, 2 weeks old, with Windows 10 Home on it.

On that one, I tried the same steps with the child account, and got the exact same results.

 

I cannot edit my other account which is on "Child'" Account

I have asked the Live Agent if possible to change the "Child" Account, yes it can as long as you are the Family's Organizer. But when I tried following their Steps it doesn't lead me where it should be.

These are the steps that the Live Agent said,

1. You will see the child you need to click the 3 dots to see the option saying manage consent.

2. Click that then you will be routed to manage permission. you will be routed to manage permission you will find the child list and click edit the child personal info.

3. You will be routed to the child's profile page to correct the date of birth.

The number 2, step it doesn't lead me there. I did not see the "Child List" all I can see is "To manage restrictions for your children, view your family settings."

Please help.
