    My hp stream 11computer reset to factory failed at 66% . now the hp logo is just looping in windows 8.1 . I can see embedded product key but need to download somehow. f11 is not working to recover. I bought an empty flash drive but cant find the recovery software

    Factory Reset my Computer, stuck on HP bootup

    I tried factory resetting my computer since it was running out of space. The reset failed and i continued to windows 10. Now its stuck on the HP bootup and when i do manage to get in the screen is just blank. Ive tried factory resetting it again through
    the window you get to from hitting esc. ar startuo but every time the reset fails and its stuck on the HP bootup again. Heres my computers specific model HP Stream 11-ah131nr N4000

    Can’t factory reset my hp stream !! HELPPP

    I was given my cousins HP Stream laptop and I’m trying to factory reset it but it is saying that it needs more space to allow a reset. There’s nothing on the computer and it runs slow and glitches out so I just want to completely factory reset it. I’ve tried everything and I’m losing my mind cuz I can’t get it !! Help me please !!!
