I've tried device manager and it states it operating properly. All updates done. Tried uninstalling. Nothing

Touchpad gestures not working properly on Chuwi Hi 10 Air tablet

I understand that you are facing issues while using touchpad gestures on the Chuwi Air tablet.

As you have mentioned that in device manager, only HID Generic Mouse is present for touchpad, it means that the drivers for touchpad are not installed properly.

Since there are no drivers available for touchpad on the manufacturer website, I suggest you to contact the
Chuwi support team to get the drivers for touchpad.

You can also post your query on
Chuwi forums for additional assistance regarding the availability of drivers.

I want to disable touchpad on Dell laptop


Hello everyone,
My laptop's touchpad works and I don't want it to, because I prefer a mouse. It's a Dell Inspiron 11 3000 series on windows 10 OS.

What I have tried that hasn't worked:

• start<settings<devices<mouse & touchpad<additional mouse options. This opens a window called Mouse Options which has 5 tabs up top, none of which involve the touchpad. The Hardware tab shows 2 devices: the mouse itself, and the USB. No touchpad there.
• windows key+x<mobility center. No touchpad to be found.
• various function keys. No options for touchpad on/off.
• device manager<mice and other pointing devices. Again, only the mouse and usb show up. It appears the touchpad is working without a driver, which is a little spooky.

Any other suggestions? I could try downloading a third party driver, but that seems like a step in the wrong direction.

Lost Two Mouse Functions

I recently did a system restore on my laptop and have, it seems, lost two mouse functions as a result. The two to which I am refering are, the scrolling feature and the zoom feature. I have searched google for a solution, but all rely things which I have no access to. More specifically, most suggest going to "mouse and touchpad settings," and then click on "additional mouse options." However, if you refer to the pictures here, I am missing the following tabs: Wheel, Hardware, and Device Setting.

PS It seems that i have lost all functions except its "ordinary" mouse capability.
