Windows 10: My clipchamp is not exporting past 480P

Hello. I have been making a few videos regarding my GoFundMe fundraiser as well as my other videos in which Clipchamp just stopped working. I contacted support and they told me to reinstall it, so I did. It worked for one video. I tried reinstalling again and that didn't work this time. I just contacted support again 2 minutes ago and they did a remote session and said it is working fine but it isn't. The support tech said it could be that I don't have a subscription but it is supposed to export up to 1080P without a sub. It will not export past 480p and freezes at 0.3%, 0.8%, 1.8%, 3%, or 1

Why does clipchamp export not work?

Why whenever I try to export a video using clipchamp it doesn't even start before it crashes. It's a 9 minute video on windows 11
