Windows 10: My clock is consistantly off by several hours.

Whenever I restart my laptop, it is consistantly off by several hours, but is accurate in minutes eg it says that it is 5:13 AM when it is really 9:13 PM. This usually happens when switching between OSes I dual boot linux and also is off in linux. I am using an Acer-spin314-54N laptop. the BIOS battery reads 3.0 volts, so that is not an issue and BIOS settings persist. I have tried updating the bios but that does not do anything.

Many thanks & it has worked for the time setting on the task bar but the time that appears on the desktop when the laptop is switched on ie. before you activate your pin access, still remains in 12 hour format.

 

How do I change the screensaver to 24-hour clock?

NOTE: I have set it to 24-hour clock in my locale and that works on my lock screen but the screensaver shows a 12-hour clock.

Any suggestions?
