Windows 10: My colors for my apps changed after I got a virus on my computer

I got rid of the virus almost the moment I got it. I then got on my search engine later that day and that's when I found out about this problem. My colors for my apps when I open them change after a couple of seconds. The affected things are apps like my search engines, my game launchers, or communication apps like discord, skype, etc. When the colors change they change everything. I can still watch videos in the correct color if I click on them and play the video, but for instance, if I'm on youtube all the thumbnails will still be different colors even when I hover over to see a little bit o

Changing the background color of apps

There may be settings on your computer that has been changed that's why the background color of your apps has also changed. With Chrome, you may have added a color change extension to it which allows users to change its background color. With Microsoft Office
applications, there are options to change its background color depending on which application you have open. Below are some of the option:

Add or change the background color of cells


Change the Office theme

• Aside from adjusting the appearance settings on your PC, what other steps have you tried?

Changing the taskbar color to white in Windows 10

In Windows 10 there is no option for changing the color to white but you can change it to different colors. To change the color of the task bar I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• In the search box, type settings.
• Then select personalization.
• Click on color option on the left side.
• You will find an option called “show color on start, taskbar and start icon”.
• You need to on the option and then you can change the color accordingly.
