Windows 10: My command prompt is closing automatically, When I open it. It pops up and closes instantly.

Hi there, I found this problem recently and tried all the possible ways of updating software and diagnosing it as well. I found this thread in the community which is similar to the my issue. I tried all the answers, but they all failed. I even tried using other terminals like hyper but failed to open it. My windows power shell is working fine. I am using windows 10 operating system.•- DISM.exe /Onl

on opening TASK MANAGER ,REGEDIT, COMMAND PROMPT,they pops up and automatically closes,high cpu use by WmiPrvSE.exe process

i am using windows 10 professional

geolocation service has been disabled .I am not able to re-enable it. please provide help here .

also there is high cpu usage by WmiPrvSE.exe process .

task manger ,regedit, command prompt pops up on opening and automatically close instantly.

this is a critical response when I open Command Prompt and Powershell it automatically closes itself i need help
