Windows 10: My comment did not meet guide lines... How do I appeal?

What part of this goes against community guidelines? I am a combat veteran. You are really stretching words. I carried and fired a number of "weapons of war", but didn't in combat. Does that make my service less?BTW, Every veteran knows that you can not "quit" the military. You can retire, not reenlist or go AWOL, but you can't quit the military.

MSN.com appeals?

There have been previous comments and questions on the arbitrariness of rejected comments on msn.com. Msn.com states the following under Guidelines:

"When you request an appeal, our team of human moderators will review the comment. If they determine the comment was removed in error, it will be published immediately. All appeal decisions are final."

I have not been able to find a button or link or other method to appeal. Does anybody know if there is one and does Microsoft ever respond?

As usual, there does not seem to be a proper category for this question.

 

Comments and tags not saved or disappears

Could you please answer few question:

• 
  Are you not able to see the Comments section in the file or the comment is missing for the MP3 file in the file section?
  

If the Comment section is missing, I suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps.

Right click on the categories where you see the file section and click on more and scroll down and check on Comments section and check if it helps.

And issues with Microsoft Word 2010, suggest you to post your query in on the below link and check if it helps.
