    My compuer is glitching over the past two weeks when I turn on my computer. I have tried all trobuleshooting method but none was sucessful.

    I do not know what happened but one day when I opened my computer it started glitching. I tried reset my pc, startup repair for trouble shooting but was unsucessful. Is there anyway you could help me fix the problem.

    Best thermal paste

    Most decent thermal paste is about all the same (1-2 degree difference). Without knowing the two listed, (I use MX-2), I would suggest going with the one that is non-conductive.
