Windows 10: My computer administrator password isn't working

Hi,I need to meet the Window 11 requirements and to do so I have to restart my computer and go to the advance startup settings. The document I am referring to is "Windows 11 and Secure Boot" and it tells me to find the "UEFI Firmware Settings" but this setting doesn't appear. Why is this?The main question I have is that when I try to start up my computer it asks me for my administrator password, I am assuming that it is my current Microsoft password but the password is incorrect. I have reset my password and it still doesn't work.What do I do?Thanks.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Cortana isn´t working

When I hit enter, it did something, but there´s still no Cortana, even after restart. So I tried it again, but now it says that it failed, because it´s already installed and it´s working in PC. So it should work, but Cortana still isn´t here.

 

Lost My Administrator Password

To which "this" are you referring?
- If you are following the tutorial Bree suggested in the very first reply to your question then what you need to do at each step is explained in detail. So which step are you at?
- If you are following a different procedure then state what it is and which step you are at. If, for example, you are trying to manually enable the Built-In Admin as suggested in post #11 then that account has no password.
