Windows 10: My Computer always keeps my microphone level low

So this all started a few weeks ago, my microphone level started decreasing every time i would raise my voice. An app was taking control of my microphone so i disabled it. For a feew weeks, my microphone was really good and it worked perfectly untill today, when my pc decided to keep my microphone on a low constant level. Every time i change my microphone level, it would always remain the same. I got myself new headphones and its still the same issue. Something keeps my microphone on a low level and i dont know how to stop it. Please helppp

I tried using the "Hardware and Devices" troubleshooter recommended but nothing was found.

To answer the other questions:

• Have you made any recent changes before this issue occur? No, it's been like this out of the box, which is about 10 months at the moment.

• Have you tried using your microphone to another computer? I tried using the mic with my earbuds plugged via 3.5mm jack but that was even worse said from my friend. (1 sound level is picked up only if I shout).

• Have you tried using another microphone to your computer and check if the issue still occur? I don't own any other microphones except the ones attached with my earbuds via 3.5mm jack.

• Is there a way for you to uninstall then reinstall your microphone device? I tried some of the tips recommended online about uninstalling and using the generic one or updating drivers but nothing really does the fix :/ (Unless I'm doing them wrong)
