My computer attempted to auto update, something went wrong

Hi there, looking for some help. My computer attempted to auto update, something went wrong with the process and it attempted to uninstall. It didn’t uninstall after a whole night of being left to accomplish this task. I forced a restart in the morning and booted back up. It now is cycling back and forth between trying to install the update and trying to uninstall the update, I can’t get to my home screen or use my computer at all. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks,Henry

    :)

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

The nine files that are updated all have to do with the Auto-Updater itself.
The article lists them all. No big deal.

I run auto-update anyway, so BRING ON THE NEW UPDATES !!!
I have yet to experience any problems from MS updates on my XP network.

    Wrong Version Update Attempt

I have Version 1809 of Windows Home 10, Yet in my history and sometimes pending list.....updates for versions 1909 and 1903 are listed. Why does it continue to download the wrong updates? thanks
