Windows 10: My computer boots into BIOS after I restart it. Help!

I have reinstalled windows many times to find out if that fixes it. My computer boots into BIOS after the restart, and if I attempt to exit BIOS, after going black for a moment, it boots into BIOS again. I am using a MSI B550 Gaming PLUS motherboard. If I try booting up my computer before ~4-5 mins have elapsed, it shows no display, though the lights are on. Unknown if this is related to the issue. Please help, been struggling with this for 3-4 years and figured I’d ask anywhere possible.

Automatic restart after an update may be caused by a hardware failure. As our initial troubleshooting step, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Press Windows and type "view advanced system settings".
• Select View advanced system settings.
• Under the Startup and Recovery section, click
  Settings.
• Under System Failure, remove the check mark next to
  Automatically restart and click OK.
• Restart your computer.

Computer not booting to desktop, stuck at Restarting screen

The issue might occur if the system is not Shut down properly. As you have already tried restarting the system several times, I suggest you to perform a Power Drain by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Turn Off the computer and remove the power cable.
• Long press the Power button for 15-20 seconds.
• Plug in the power cable and switch on the computer.
