    Brightness Locked on Low

    I dropped my laptop, and it hit the floor not that hard. I opened my laptop to see if there where any cracks on my screen, lucky there wasn't, but instead my laptop brightness was stuck on low. I could barely see anything, I tried increasing the brightness, but it said that it was on 100% brightness. I restarted my laptop, but nothing changed.

    Screen brightness increases to 100%

    Hi guys

    i am currently having a problem with windows 10 .. which is my screen brightness increases to 100% when launching multimedia apps such as vlc etc .. i have disabled the adaptive brightness but still i am facing this issue which is very awkward

    Hello,

    I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 and since then whenever I am launching a multimedia app like VLC, Paint.net etc., the brightness gets increased to 100%. I don't want so high brightness and it's so annoying to reduce it everytime. Please tell me how to disable this, I want my brightness fixed at 85%. Also note that my Adaptive Brightness is turned off as I have already checked. Please help My computer brightness it too low even when I increase the brightness at 100% :)
