Discus and support My computer can not detect internal microphone, ThinkPad E16 AMD Win 11 in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; As you can see in the picture that microphone is not detected.     My computer can not detect internal microphone, ThinkPad E16 AMD Win 11


    As you can see in the picture that microphone is not detected. I followed many videos and it didn't work.

    Microphone not detected

    I've run it, it says the problem was 'Generic audio driver'. But I don't actually feel any problems on playing audios. My problem was about external microphones not detected, this laptop wont detect any external microphones
    plugged in, it will always use the internal microphone. I've done the troubleshoot (recording audio) and the troubleshoot said they can't detect the problem.

    Dell Latitude 3410 can not detect the internal microphone

    I have a Dell Latitude 3410 that uses a Win 10 OS, that can not detect an internal microphone. I have performed the following troubleshooting steps.

    1.Ensured that the microphone settings were turned to on, as well as allowed/allowing programs to use the microphone

    2.Performed Firmware/Software updates (Both Dell and Windows/Microsoft)

    3.Dell sent a tech, to come out and replace the Bevel? part that holds the camera and microphone. The tech stated that it could be a Microsoft Driver issue.

    Does anyone know of the driver(s) issue he is referencing? If so, what is the solution?

    Any and all help will be appreciated, and thank you in advance.
