    FPS in some games are being capped at 60 FPS.

    But I mean those games can easily run in 150+ fps when I am playing fullscreen in window. I mean my fps are just stuck at 60

    after updating to windows 10 pro my games from steam or off of websites don't work well. my mouse lags a lot and the buttons to. the game isn't lagging though its runs at 60 fps. pls help me its really annoying to because I want to play my new games but

    Sorry but I do not understand your last message :

    How can you tell those games can easily run in 150+ fps when you are playing fullscreen in window and your fps are stuck at 60 ?

    I explained that your fps are stuck for configurations reasons in my opinion.
