    My computer cannot type "Ju hao" or Chinese Ful lstop.


    My computer just updated then I cannot type Chinese full stop but others character is still working

    cannot type chinese after update to Windows 10

    I can type chinese for 5 to 10 minutes only since my computer TURNED ON. everytime I need to type chinese, I have to RESTART my computer. Besides, the SETTING icon (in the left bottom START MENU) cannot function at the same time while I cannot type
    chinese.

    I understand that you are facing issues with using Chinese language pack on Windows 10. Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

    I suggest you to perform the below steps and check if it helps.

    1. Type "Language" without the quotes in search box next to Start Menu and click on it.

    2. Click on Add a Language.

    3. Search for Chinese language from the list.

    4. Click on Chinese (Simplified) and click on Open.

    5. Then select the Chinese language.

    6. Click on Add.

    unable to type chinese after update to Windows 10
