Windows 10: My computer crashed now my gpu is dead and the new gpu does not work ither?

Hello , I recently build a pc and all was good untill a did a ram timing change on the same day I updated amd new recommended driver. After a reboot my gou was not detected in task manager or anywhere else in my system. I then did a reset my pc and whiped my drives clean with a fresh install from my pc and, still no detection? I'm able to use on-board graphics to uninstall drivers and reinstall drivers but nothing works? I took the gpu to a friend's to see if it worked and it did not? I then got a new gpu and, to my surprise it did not work ither? Could I have damaged my gpu and motherboard p

There are many possible reasons that might've caused this issue. The most probable cause here is your dead GPU. We'd like to know more about your issue. Kindly answer these following questions:

• What made you think that your GPU is dead?
• Have you considered taking your Laptop to a technician for the removal of it's GPU?

I have been dealing with my computer crashing when the GPU is under load. I have tried switching different GPUs to try and weed out whether or not the GPU is having problems, and it still crashes. I have tried reformatting all of my HD's and SSD's as well
as run SFC commands and using the repair tool as well. I do not overclock my GPU or my CPU because it crashes less frequently when they are not overclocked. I have created the system report log and the critical error that i keep on getting is "Kernel Power
41, category 63."

I am starting to wonder if my power supply isnt strong enough to handle either of the GPUs.

 

Gpu driver crashing

I bought a new laptop (intel i5 12th gen 1240P / RTX 3050 / 8 gb Ram / windows 10) i intially installed geforce expeirience to install latest gpu driver but a BSOD appears with stop code VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR i tried a new clean instllation after using ddu but the BSOD still appears ,i tried old drivers it works for awhile with some games and 3d viewer but also the driver crashes after couple of days of good working and the BSOD appears again with gpu crashing ,but when i reboot the device it works again for couple of days and then the BSOD appears again ,it also gives crashes with epic games launcher specifically ,one time when the gpu was working good for 3days i was using VLC normally to see a lecture and then a BSOD of another stop code appears it was WIN32_ POWER somthing i cant remember , i need help please becuse the laptoo is new i want to know if its hardware issue or asoftware one to see if i will return the laoptop.
