Windows 10: My computer crashes and restarts randomly mid raid playing escape from tarkov

I look in event viewer to see what's wrong as I'm pretty sure its blue screening and I'm getting kernel error 50. no clue what's causing it I installed fresh ram with fresh bios to see if it was that and still getting the errors. please can someone clear this up as i have no clue what's going on.

BSOD from trying to enter into a raid in Escape From Tarkov

### The Problem ###

When playing the game Escape from Tarkov, my computer will blue screen. this happened when i try to go into a raid and it will load everything but when it is time to enter the session my laptop bsods. It has never happened while I'm in the menus.

and for the most part this has started happening after i had my monitor replaced
but it cannot be the issue as no other games are having problems
only tarkov

would also like to mention i can do raids in smaller maps like factory but not any other map


my question is what can i do to solve this issue and what can i do to narrow down the problem ?

i have tried reinstalling the launcher and the game
have tried windows diagnostics
disabling firewall
increase the paging file size

literally a lot of other things but none of them worked
this seems to be a consistent issue and there are some fixes on tarkov website too but those did not work also

Also, in a few days, we’ll start admitting new participants to the extended Alpha access to the owners of the following pre-order packages: - Prepare For Escape - 50% of those who don’t have the access yet. - Left Behind - 25% of those who don’t have the access yet.

The chance of being picked for the testing is higher with those who pre-ordered early. Moreover, with the start of extended Alpha, the chances of being admitted to testing are increased for the following pre-order packages: Prepare For Escape - 75% and Left Behind - 50% of access probability.
