Windows 10: my computer crashes due to "Microsoft-Windows-CertificateServicesClient-AutoEnrollment"

My Pc keeps crashing/green screening blue screening but with a green screen instead due to "Microsoft-Windows-CertificateServicesClient-AutoEnrollment" i looked it up and got no where due to me folloing these steps belowOn the computer where AD DS is installed, open Windows PowerShell®, type mmc, and then press ENTER. but i dont have group policy managment editor so i am unsure how to fix this?

CertificateServicesClient-AutoEnrollment Warning Event ID 64

I have this same Event ID 64 in the Event Viewer. It is indeed an expired X-Box Live certificate.
