Windows 10: My computer crashes to black screen

My computer crashes to a black screen a couple of minutes after launching two programs unreal engine and character creator 4. It’s an hp omen 25l. It doesn’t crash when I run other applications example zbrush,maya, substance painter, etc. can you please explain how to fix this problem. I’m somewhat computer savvy. Thanks in advance. Ken

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

When there is a black screen click the following 4 keys simultaneously and report what you see and hear into the thread:
Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B
(you can practice when there is no black screen)
