Windows 10: My Computer Crashes with a Black Screen and Buzzing Sound from Headphones

Hello, I've recently been getting this issue where my 2 month old laptop crashes, where only a black screen with a cursor remains. Sometimes, glitchy lines are also visible on the black screen. I cannot move my cursor, and my mouse loses power at this point - it has RGB lighting which switches off when this happens. In one instance, I had an external monitor connected via HDMI, however the content on that monitor remained visible during the error. I also get a buzzing sound in my headphones when this happens. It seems to happen randomly, not when the laptop is especially heavily stressed. All

Buzzing sound when using earpods/No Buzzing sound when using headphone on pc,whenever i connect and listen to music using my earpod i hear buzzing sound, however there is no buzzing sound when i connect a headphone to the same pc, the earpod works fine on my phone,what is causing it?

 

Buzzing Sound in Background of Audio

Hello,

When my headphones are plugged into my laptop, there is a buzzing sound in the background of the audio. I know it’s not a problem with the headphones, because I tested it with my iPad and it worked perfectly. How do I stop this buzzing sound? Any suggestions
welcome.

 

Buzzing Noise in Headphones when no sound is being played

Here's my results

1. The buzzing doesn't decrease if I lower volume / increase if I raise volume
   
2. My headphones don't have a volume control built-in
3. My headphones don't have a detachable cable
4. I plugged my headphones into my phone and didn't hear any buzzing
