Windows 10: My computer does not allow me to register my work email

    My computer does not allow me to register my work email


    Setting up my computer windows did not allow me to use my work email address kept saying it does not exist or does not recognize this account. So I setup my computer with my personal email. Once I was finally in windows I went to settings and my windows account and added another account with my work email address. How can I switch windows to be strictly for my work email address? I have a Microsoft account with that email. Daily excel does not work because it says I dont have an account. Even if I go to settings and it shows my work account is linked. PLEASE ASSIST !!!!!!!
