Windows 10: My computer does not allow me to register my work email

Setting up my computer windows did not allow me to use my work email address kept saying it does not exist or does not recognize this account. So I setup my computer with my personal email. Once I was finally in windows I went to settings and my windows account and added another account with my work email address. How can I switch windows to be strictly for my work email address? I have a Microsoft account with that email. Daily excel does not work because it says I dont have an account. Even if I go to settings and it shows my work account is linked. PLEASE ASSIST !!!!! * Changed to a quest

My Brother printer states "No email account registered on this computer"

The MiniTool register from disk worked for me

This worked for me. The MiniTool instructions. Background: at first when I went into powershell (admin not needed to list them) and type: Code:

In the resulting list of 29 items, Microsoft.Windows.SecHealthUI was NOT listed. It was totally missing. So none of the more common "re-register" steps would work because they require Get-AppxPackage to see it and on my system it couldn't. But the MiniTool approach gets at it from the file location on disk: C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.SecHealthUI_cw5n1h2txyewy This WAS there on my system. So, opening powershell admin (right click start menu) and running MiniTool's suggestion, namely, Code:

fixed it. It essentially reinstalled it. Then it appeared in the list returned from Get-AppxPackage and the "Open Windows Security" button in settings worked.

The email is active and status is normal.

We dont have a IT team for the business. What I need to do is use my work email as my main email on my office computer but microsoft does not allow me to login using a work email. Only way would be to use a personal email and then link my work email.

How can I get microsoft on the phone to assist? I need to switch the main use on my windows to be my work email.

Please advise
