Windows 10: my computer freezers

windows 10 updates error 0X80070032 computer freezers when on sleep cannot unfreeze until I have switched the computer off at the main power other words at the wall socket

 

My N8 only works in the freezer.

Today my N8 shut itself off in the middle of the day with an adequately charged battery (purchased in January 2011). I was outside in the sun, so the phone would have been warm, but then it would simply not boot up. I tried charging it with various power
sources and connecting it to my computer but nothing happened.

Thinking it had overheated, I let it cool to room temp and it still didn't work. After some research (a motherboard issue?), I thought maybe it had to cool down more so I put it in the freezer and after a few minutes, I was able to boot it up and it worked!

The problem remains, though - the phone won't stay on unless it's in the freezer. It just shuts off and won't turn on if it gets near a normal temperature.

Any thoughts? Obviously I cannot use a phone that needs to be frozen to stay on.

 

Does this computer build have compatibility problems? Opinions welcomed!
