    My computer get restarted after goes to sleep.


    Good day to everyone,


    since 2 weeks ago I am having an issue with the sleep mode in my laptop, at the beginning, I started having an issue with my fingerprint unlock, after I resolved it I had an issue with my wifi, the computer shoes that the adaptor had some issue, and when that gets resolved I started to have issues with my sleep mode, sometimes it shows a screen with the critical error died message and get restarted, sometimes doesn't show any error but it gets restarted.


    I already tried to fully restart my laptop, I installed windows again, I update the BIOS, I perform the clean boot and everything that I found online but my computer is still restarting after going to sleep.


    Hope someone can help me out :

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community. Apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

    I suggest you to follow the steps provided below if not tried already and check if it helps.

    • Navigate to Start>Settings>System>Power & sleep.
    • In the right pane, select Never from the drop down list for
      Screen       and Sleep.
    • Close the dialog box and check for status.

    Maybe you have something configured to sleep when idle. Check that on your power settings.
