Windows 10: my computer had a error and now i get this message saying my computer needs to be repaired...

lissue with my computer so i tried to reset windows and switch to a custom os and in the middle of it doing that it said my computer had a error and now i get this message saying my computer needs to be repaired and none of my usb ports are working so i cant click anything i tried different mouse & keyboards i switch ports i switch ram slots i dont know what else i can do im stuck on this screen and when i boot up windows the 3 dots dont even pop up it goes straight to that screen

I suggest you to download and create a bootable media from the Windows 10 ISO and then repair your computer to check if it helps to recover the Operating System.

Download Official ISO media for Windows 10 from Microsoft:

Insert the disk in your DVD drive and press any key to start loading Windows from the Installation Disk.

Perform the following steps to perform a repair:

• Choose the Language and then proceed to Next.
• Choose Repair your computer at the Install Now screen.
• Click on Advanced Options.
• Click on Troubleshoot.
• Click on Startup repair.
• Follow the on screen instructions and check if it helps.

I would suggest you to perform the startup repair using the Windows 10 installation media from the below link and check if it helps.

Boot from the Windows 10 installation media and then perform automatic repair and check if it helps.

Follow the steps to perform Automatic repair:

• Insert installation media and restart the computer.
• Select language and click on Next.
• Select Repair your Computer and click on Skip this drive.
• Select Troubleshoot and click on Advanced Options.
• Here choose the option Automatic Repair and follow the prompted instructions.
  

Please revert if the computer still does not start.

Startup Repair is a Windows recovery tool that can fix certain system problems that might prevent Windows from starting. Startup Repair scans your PC for the problem and then tries to fix it so your PC can start correctly.

If the issue persists even after startup repair I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

You will have to use Windows 10 installation media to follow the steps to boot into Recovery Environment and try to rebuild BCD.

Step 1: I suggest you to create an installation media for
Windows 10 using the media creation tool:

Step 2: After preparing the installation media, insert it hard reboot the device and follow the below:

• Boot into Windows Recovery Environment using the Windows 10 installation media.
• Click on Repair your computer.
• Click on Troubleshoot and in the Advanced options.
• Select Command Prompt. Type the following commands into the prompt and press Enter key after each command.

• bootrec /fixmbr
• bootrec /fixboot
• bootrec /scanos
• bootrec /rebuildbcd

5. Restart the computer.

NOTE: Modifying BIOS/ complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft
cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the configuring of BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Modifications of the settings are at your own risk.
