Windows 10: My computer has a series of intertwining problems

My computer log in page does not have any other accounts other than this user account which does not have administrator rights. The accounts still exist but the account files cannot be found. I tried logging in through cmd into my other accounts but this error was shown. RUNAS ERROR: Unable to run - dir C:\Users\Administrator 2: The system cannot find the file specified. Even when I use advanced restart and click F6, the only account I can access is this account and not the built in administrator account. When I try to make myself admin, the user account control passcode interface will be bla

Need some advice on computer problems.

Run HDtune (free version) on you hard drive. but most likely that the problem. You can also test your memory with Memtest86 as suggested above

You didn't list your OS
